A little bit about me!

I have published three romantic comedies, two in a series with a Christmassy theme and one standalone summer romance! What they all have in common is a feel-good vibe, a closed door swoony romance with plenty of yearning, heavy on the comedy, and an entertaining cast of characters, and there’s always an animal or two! They have all ended up having a Channel Islands connection too, and the latest is entirely set there, which is a place very close to my heart.

For my day job I work in communications for Redwings, a national horse welfare charity, hence the animal connection! My first novel is probably the most well-known, The Night Before Christmas, which features a man dressed as a giant penguin, I kid you not. I was incredibly proud not to mention stunned when it was shortlisted for Debut Novel of the Year at the Romantic Novel Awards run by the Romantic Novelists Association. The sequel, The Day After Christmas, was released in October 2025.

My brand-new novel, a summer romance called Washed Up, came out on 6th August 2026. Orders are open now.

I live in South Norfolk with my family and our gaggle of rescued cats, and although I basically have zero free time I do love to read all kinds of novels from romantasy to thrillers and visit the beautiful East Anglian coast and countryside and of course travel to the Channel Islands :). I love Ipswich Town football club (and once used to work as a football reporter), Spiderman, video games (especially RPGs) and my love of music means I always enjoy making playlists for my novels (see the Spotify link at the top of the page!)
